Hub !You will act as the business partner for the Planning Space as it relates to the Planning Product Platforms and responsible and accountable for providing technology solution leadership from concept to the retirement of all related systems, existing and new. This role will collaborate with the Executives, Senior Leaders, and practitioners in HAVI Technology and Supply Chain Global Planning and Analytics to develop a solution strategy and roadmap and execute the roadmap. The role will include the

- day leadership of a global team comprising internal staff and external partners, made up of Solution Analysts and resources from
- functional teams to manage the solution/product life cycle

THE SKILLSTo set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:10+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development - strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience5+ years of driving transformational organizational and technology change within IT solution/product delivery functions. 5+ years of strong experience in strategy development and execution of technology roadmap and product life cycle management in the SCM/Planning domain, with experience in Oracle tools for development, Azure technologies (ADF, Databricks, etc. )5+ years of strong experience and knowledge of Data engineering concepts including Data Integration, Data Architecture, Data modelling, designing/building solutions with Cloud/On-Prem Technologies and Dev
Ops toolchain implementation. Experience in leading teams using appropriate delivery methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, Dev
Ops, Dev
Sec
Ops etc. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Problem-solving and
