ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Solution Owner for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)to join our Tech
Hub!

You will act as the business serves for the Warehouse Management Solution space and responsible and accountable for providing technology solution leadership from concept to the retirement of all WMS products, existing and new.

You will collaborate with the Executives, Senior Leaders and practitioners in HAVI Technology and Supply Chain Operations to develop a solution strategy and roadmap and execute the roadmap.

This role will includes the
-
- day leadership of a global team comprising internal staff and external partners, made up of Sr Solution Analysts, Solution Analysts & Jr Solution Analysts and resources from
- functional teams to manage the solution / product life cycle
-
- end – solution concept / strategy to product sunset.

This position involves frequent travel.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development - strong product management, project management and technology delivery leadership experience.
• 5+ years of driving transformational organizational and technology change within IT solution / product delivery functions.
• 5+ years of strong experience in strategy development and execution of technology roadmap and product life cycle management in the areas of Warehouse Management solutions and technologies.
• Experience in leading teams using appropriate delivery methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, Dev
  Ops, Dev
  Sec
  Ops, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience on warehouse operations environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Problem-solving and
  - thinking skills.
• Strong talent management and talent development experience.
• Fluency in English.
