The Work

The Solution Owner – TMS provides technology solution leadership across Vehicle Route Planning, Strategic and Tactical Transportation Planning and Management. Responsibilities include guiding the lifecycle of TMS products from concept/strategy to product sunset and working with
- functional teams to deliver value.

Role and Responsibilities

We are hiring a Solution Owner for Transportation Management Space (TMS) to join our Tech
Hub.

About the Role

As the Solution Owner – TMS, you will be the business partner for the Transportation Management Space and responsible for providing technology solution leadership from concept to retirement of all TMS products. You will develop a solution strategy and roadmap and execute it in collaboration with HAVI Technology and Supply Chain Operations.

The role includes

- day leadership of a global team comprising internal staff and external partners, including Sr. Solution Analysts and
- functional resources to manage the solution/product life cycle

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development with strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience
• 5+ years of driving transformational organizational and technology change within IT solution/product delivery functions
• 5+ years of strategy development and execution of technology roadmaps and product life cycle management in Transportation Management solutions and technologies
• Experience leading teams with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Dev
  Ops, Dev
  Sec
  Ops
• Experience with transportation solutions such as Paragon, Kewill, Infor, Cargowise, Carlo
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Problem-solving and
  - thinking skills
• Strong talent management and talent development experience
• Fluency in English
