Solutions Architect -French Speaking (Pre Sales)
Overview
Solutions Architect - French Speaking (Pre Sales) to join our Global Professional Services Team based in Portugal. Zendesk Professional Services crafts solutions around each customer's unique business, needs and goals. This is a flexible hybrid role — with just 1 day per week in our Lisbon office and the rest remote.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the software sales across all segments (Enterprise, Commercial, SMB) and territories of the EMEA region (potential focus in France or DACH).
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Professional Services Delivery and other Zendesk teams.
- Gather requirements, create solutions, estimate efforts, build quotes, design project plans, draft statements of work.
- Manage professional services offerings from deal inception through to offering presentation, commercial negotiation and signature.
- Be accountable for regional services bookings targets, as well as professional services enablement of territory sales and
- sales teams. - Responsible for selling both NRR (Non-Recurring Revenue) and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) services.
What You Bring To The Role
- 2+ years of experience in software sales,
- sales, implementation or technical support. - Proficient English and French or German.
- High-energy, enthusiasm, positivity. “Can-do” and “Go-getter” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Hunger for candid feedback, continuous learning and
- improvement. - Passion for problem solving and taking ownership of challenges.
Nice To Have
- Good understanding of customer relationship, engagement or experience management software (e. g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Intercom, Service
Now, Talkdesk, Salesforce, Oracle, Genesys). - Experience or knowledge of technical development and integration patterns or interfaces (e. g. REST API, JSON, HTML).
Where We Work
Hybrid: You’ll work remote part of the week with
- person collaboration when needed. You’ll have the flexibility to join a Zendesk workspace or our flex office spaces. The specific
- office schedule is determined by the hiring manager and the team.
