Solutions Architect - Lisbon
Senior Consultant Main responsibilities:
Joining the application development team within the BPO Business Unit, where the main roles will include contributing to:
- Application architecture design:
Reviewing/creating the overall system structure, including the definition of layers, modules, services, and interfaces.
- Technology selection:
Choosing appropriate frameworks, tools, and platforms for development.
- Requirements management:
Understanding client needs and translating them into functional and technical architecture.
- Quality and performance:
Ensuring, together with Team Leads, that the system is efficient, secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Planning and scheduling releases.
- Team coordination:
Facilitating communication between development, QA, product, and infrastructure (support) teams.
- Version control.
- Process automation:
Assisting in implementing and maintaining automated processes to support continuous delivery and version control.
- Post-release monitoring:
Monitoring system performance after release to quickly identify and efficiently resolve any issues.
- Documentation and standards creation. Required Skills and Technical Knowledge:
- Programming:
Proficiency in multiple programming languages/frameworks (e. G. , C#, Java
Script, Angular, etc. ).
- System design:
Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven architecture, etc.
- Software architecture:
Familiarity with distributed, scalable, and
- availability architectures.
- Dev
Ops and CI/CD:
Experience with continuous integration and delivery, and process automation.
- Databases:
Experience with relational databases (SQL).
- Version control and source code management:
Strong knowledge of tools like Git, TFVC, or other version control platforms. Preferred Skills and Technical Knowledge:
- Databases:
Experience with
- relational databases (No
SQL).
- Integration technologies:
Experience in implementing or working with integration technologies (e. G. , Biz
Talk).
- Environment and infrastructure management:
Familiarity with production, staging, and development environments.
- Software testing:
Basic knowledge of software testing practices (automated testing, regression testing, integration testing) to ensure quality in released versions. What can you expect from us?
