Solutions Architect
You'll be focused in
- Acting on the P&C Tech Roadmap to get us closer to a global P&C IT Landscape
- Setting the architectural guidelines for the P&C area and actively advocate the usage of industry standards and best practices within the organisation, in connection to the central IT integration strategy
- Documenting architecture and IT landscape in accordance with Enterprise Guardrails and modelling standards
- Actively contribute in the Architect team and the P&C Architecture forum
- Working on your assigned deliveries, as well as plan and prioritize
- Stakeholder communication and management towards business units globally
- Planning and coordinating activities connected to business units globally that has changed/decommissioned systems in their local HR environment
- Working

- solving when needed
In order to succeed, you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a solution architect
- Experience of systems in the HR/People & Culture domain
- Experience working with agile methods and tools
- Experience in functional and technical design and Information modelling
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills - Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and
- oriented mindset - Experience leading technical projects
- Previous experience working in a global context
- SAP Success
Factors knowledge - Strong communication and analytical skills
- Great English skills, both written and spoken.
