Role Overview:

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join one of our Nearshore teams working with international clients on
- critical environments. This role can be performed remotely or from our Lisbon or Porto offices, depending on your preference.

As a Solutions Architect at Neotalent Conclusion, you’ll play a key role in designing, defining, and delivering robust, sustainable solutions for Enterprise IT and OT environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures, ensuring that
- critical systems are secure, scalable, and available 24/7.

What you will do:

• Design
  - critical IT and OT environments for Enterprise customers across sectors such as transport and energy.
• Translate customer requirements into sustainable, clearly defined IT solutions.
• Develop Project Start Architectures and define architectural frameworks, guidelines, and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Integrate security principles such as Security-by-Design and Privacy-by-Design into all architectures.
• Provide guidance on cloud adoption strategies and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, private cloud).
• Leverage automation, delivery pipelines, and CI/CD practices to improve solution delivery.
• Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to advise on
  - proof strategies.
• Present solutions to clients in a clear, compelling, and
  - oriented manner.

What you are like:

• Strong experience in Enterprise IT and OT environments (experience with
  - critical services is a plus).
• Skilled at translating business needs into robust IT architectures.
• Proficient in creating and documenting architectural deliverables, including Project Start Architectures.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and
  - native architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery methodologies.
• TOGAF certified or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
