Position: Solutions Architect / Tech Lead

Regime: Hybrid | Lisbon

Key Responsibilities :

Explore emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that add value to the business.

Lead technical decisions in projects involving cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), promoting best practices and resource optimization.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in all phases of the software lifecycle, from conception to
- production monitoring.

Define development standards and guide teams on best practices across multiple languages and frameworks, both frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node. js, Java, Python).

Integrate and orchestrate containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes to guarantee efficient and reliable deployment of solutions.

Design and evolve scalable architectures for enterprise applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

Ensure security best practices are followed across all platform components.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong
  - on expertise with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Practical mastery of backend technologies, including Node. js, Java, and Python
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
• Ability to evaluate technical and business
  - offs, applying principles of scalable and maintainable design
• Strong technical curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new tools, technologies, and industry trends
• A proactive mindset toward continuous learning and adapting to
  - changing environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• High level of autonomy, with the initiative to propose, test, and implement innovative solutions
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the confidence to challenge the status quo through sound technical reasoning
• Appreciation for collaborative work cultures, respect for diverse perspectives, and openness to knowledge sharing

Language Requirements

• Mandatory: English – C1 level or higher
• Nice to have: French – B2 level or higher
