Role Overview:

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join one of our Nearshore teams working with international clients across Europe.

This role can be performed remotely, or from our Lisbon or Porto offices, depending on your preference.

As a Solutions Architect at Neotalent Conclusion, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing
- critical IT environments for enterprise customers. You will translate business requirements into sustainable,
- quality architectures while ensuring alignment with security, scalability, and performance standards. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will provide both the frameworks and the solutions that drive digital transformation in complex IT and OT landscapes.

What you will do:

• Design critical IT environments that are highly available and resilient;

• Translate business requirements into clear and scalable technical architectures;

• Draft Project Start Architectures (PSAs) and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks;

• Implement

- design principles in all solutions;

• Work with both private and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ensuring
- fit designs;

• Define frameworks and guidelines for sustainable enterprise solutions;

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze complex IT/OT challenges;

• Present and justify proposed solutions convincingly to stakeholders;

• Stay up to date with market developments and apply the latest technologies to enterprise solutions;

• Contribute to the improvement of customers' critical application stacks.

What you are like:

• Experienced in Enterprise IT and OT environments;

• Skilled in translating customer needs into robust and practical IT solutions;

• Proficient in drafting architectural frameworks and PSAs;

• Familiar with Automation, Delivery Pipelines, and CI/CD practices;

• Knowledgeable in cloud services such as AWS and Azure;

• Certified or experienced with TOGAF (or similar enterprise architecture frameworks);

• Have good communication skills in English.
