Responsibilities

• Acting on the P&C Tech Roadmap to get us closer to a global P&C IT Landscape
• Setting the architectural guidelines for the P&C area and actively advocate the usage of industry standards and best practices within the organisation, in connection to the central IT integration strategy
• Documenting architecture and IT landscape in accordance with Enterprise Guardrails and modelling standards
• Actively contribute in the Architect team and the P&C Architecture forum
• Working on assigned deliveries, as well as planning and prioritizing
• Stakeholder communication and management towards business units globally
• Planning and coordinating activities connected to business units globally that have changed/decommissioned systems in their local HR environment
• Hands-on
  - solving when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a solution architect
• Experience with HR/People & Culture domain systems
• Experience working with agile methods and tools
• Experience in functional and technical design and information modelling
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a
  - oriented mindset
• Experience leading technical projects
• Previous experience working in a global context
• SAP Success
  Factors knowledge
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
