The group People & Culture IT Solutions supports Scania with People & Culture (P&C) IT-solutions, covering the whole lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Scania’s business is changing over time, and we are on a journey phasing out older applications and implementing modern technologies. We are replacing local solutions with a global way of working and a more consistent application landscape. Responsibilities
- Acting on the P&C Tech Roadmap to get us closer to a global P&C IT Landscape
- Setting the architectural guidelines for the P&C area and actively advocate the usage of industry standards and best practices within the organisation, in connection to the central IT integration strategy
- Documenting architecture and IT landscape in accordance with Enterprise Guardrails and modelling standards
- Actively contribute in the Architect team and the P&C Architecture forum
- Working on assigned deliveries, as well as planning and prioritizing
- Stakeholder communication and management towards business units globally
- Planning and coordinating activities connected to business units globally that have changed/decommissioned systems in their local HR environment
- Hands-on
- solving when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a solution architect
- Experience with HR/People & Culture domain systems
- Experience working with agile methods and tools
- Experience in functional and technical design and information modelling
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills - Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a
- oriented mindset - Experience leading technical projects
- Previous experience working in a global context
- SAP Success
Factors knowledge - Strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
