We are launching an ambitious,
- scale Salesforce project kicking off in Summer 2025 , and we’re looking for experienced Solutions Architects.

This is a
- term strategic initiative where you’ll collaborate with industry leaders to build and integrate
- edge Salesforce technologies, helping to shape the future of digital transformation in our sector.

Your Role: What You’ll Do

Solution Design: Architect scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.

Technical Leadership: Define the IS master plan and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Integration: Develop integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Documentation & Support: Maintain technical documentation and guide development teams and
- users.

Innovation: Propose continuous improvements and introduce modern best practices.

Training & Enablement: Coach teams on new Salesforce capabilities and methodologies.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of technical consultants and junior architects.

✅ Your Profile: What We’re Looking For

Experience: 8+ years in architecture roles, with proven success in Salesforce implementations .

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components , and Salesforce APIs .

Certifications: Preferably Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.

Communication: Able to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and
- technical stakeholders.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills.

Visionary: Strategic thinking and ability to lead with a broad perspective on technical challenges.
