Job Description
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Zendesk sales cycle. As an SC, you are both
- focused and technically savvy. You will succeed in selling to buyers across market segments in a
- volume/velocity environment and convincing senior executives of the technical merits of the software solution. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to be the technical bridge between our Sales team and prospects.
You will take ownership of the primary technical relationship with prospects to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information onsite and virtually.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Presales experience
- Business fluent in German is essential.
- Awareness of web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, Java
Script, JSON, and Saa
S Applications - Experience mapping customer requirements to software solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
- Experience scoping, leading, and executing customer Proof of Concepts
- Knowledge of Saa
S Business applications - Outstanding
- solving skills, including the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions - Strong solution scoping abilities, leveraging existing solutions and influencing new product development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Some travel may be required
- Passion for people skills and customer success
- Proficiency in German language skills
Desired Skills
- Awareness of CCaa
S and peripheral technologies - Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Broad knowledge of Customer Service software, ITSM, Business intelligence, Workforce Management, QA, Integration & middleware
- Understanding of AI's impact on customer service
- Experience with AI technologies, LLM, Chat
GPT, etc. - Domain expertise in specific industries
- Experience developing reference architectures for client solutions
The role offers a hybrid work model, combining onsite presence in Lisbon with remote work flexibility. The specific schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
