You will be part of the Middle East and Africa regional team, reporting to the Head of Retail Banking, MEA Global Solution Consulting. The Global Solution Consultants is a team of highly skilled functional and technical domain specialists with over 15 years of Fin
Tech experience, gained within financial institutions, independent software vendors, consulting firms, and technology providers at Finastra.
Working with various teams (sales, marketing, product management, implementation, customer support), your regional team contributes to Finastra's revenue growth by bringing innovative solutions to the financial markets in MEA. Your team is supported by a global, 60-person Enablement team that assists with technical and
- office aspects of bid management, including RFP responses, demo system creation, and POC configuration, allowing you to focus on
- facing activities.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Consultancy Expertise: Lead presales support activities for prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Articulate solution benefits, create design documentation, conduct discovery sessions, and become a functional expert on Finastra Retail Banking solutions.
- Business Acumen: Understand financial software solutions and advise clients on architecture and technology requirements. Facilitate customer understanding through presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborative Mindset: Work effectively with teams, collaborate throughout sales cycles, and advise on best practices. Mentor and guide clients and internal teams.
- Work Ethic: Adapt to evolving technologies, strive for excellence, take responsibility, and demonstrate honesty and dependability. Willing to learn and grow.
Required Experience
- 3 to 6 years of banking solution experience, through solution providers, consulting firms, or banks.
- Knowledge of competitors in the core banking space.
- Experience in core banking solution selection and implementation is a plus.
- Experience in financial software consulting or
- sales support. - Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently as needed.
