Role Overview
The Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Support or Solutions Engineers. This role focuses on delivering effective and efficient technical support to our customers, managing daily team operations, setting performance goals, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will align the team with organizational objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and implement best practices for addressing technical issues.
Your New Adventure
- Provide effective leadership to the Support/Solutions Engineering team
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Work with the Head of Department to establish, oversee, and ensure achievement of KPIs and targets
- Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues and maintain positive customer experiences
- Address escalated cases and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within technical support workflows
- Implement best practices to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute insights for product improvements - Report bugs and share customer trends with relevant departments
- Manage resource allocation, including staffing levels, to meet customer demands effectively
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for team members
- Establish and implement escalation processes for complex or
- priority issues

- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering, with proven leadership skills
- Strong
