• Guide guests through our extensive cellar with passion, profound product knowledge, and a natural confidence.
• Anticipate pairing needs before they’re spoken, enhancing each guest's culinary journey.
• Represent the JNc
  QUOI brand with class, charisma, and cool, embodying our commitment to excellence.

You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Sommelier in premium or
  - dining hospitality, with relevant certifications (e. g. , WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers).
• Exceptional communication skills (English required; other languages a plus), allowing you to share your knowledge engagingly.
• A sharp uniform and even sharper attention to detail, from decanting to presentation.
• The ability to make every guest feel like the only guest, through personalized recommendations and attentive service.
