Then Vila Vita Parc is looking for a dedicated Sommelier to join our team and elevate our guests’ dining experiences.

Inspire Through Wine:

• Curate, manage, and maintain our impressive wine list;
• Guide guests through food and wine pairings;
• Share knowledge and educate guests, conveying your passion for wine in an engaging and professional way;
• Ensure flawless service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations in every detail;
• Collaborate with the service and culinary teams to guarantee seamless operations;
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Vila Vita Parc’s values of hospitality and excellence.

Are You the Talent We’re Looking For?

• WSET Level 1 (mandatory), with preference for WSET Level 2 or 3;
• Proven experience as a Sommelier in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants;
• Deep knowledge of international wines, regions, and pairing techniques;
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills;
• Familiarity with Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Guide standards (preferred);
• Genuine passion for wine, attention to detail, and strong team spirit;
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
