• Provide expert wine service and recommendations tailored to taste, guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure flawless wine service proper serving temperatures and glassware presentation.
• Offer wine pairing suggestions to elevate the dining experience.
• Engage with guests, sharing insights about wines and enhancing their overall experience.
• Maintain proper records of wine sales.
• Collaborate with and support the service & kitchen teams.
