Are you a Sourcing Manager? We are looking for you! This is a strategic procurement position in which you will lead and execute procurement responsibilities within indirect categories, mainly. You will manage external supplier interactions and become a valued business partner to internal stakeholders responsible for launching and managing our new factory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, support and implement procurement strategies and guidelines in a disciplined, well‑thought‑out process.
• Conduct spend analysis and market surveys to lower the TCO of your area of responsibility through process improvements, strategic sourcing and waste elimination.
• Manage and lead the supplier selection process, aligning selection with the commodity strategy.
• Facilitate development of Statements of Work and contractual language that memorializes agreements with external partners; negotiate and execute complex commercial agreements.
• Own, manage, and lead business relationships with key suppliers; govern communications, root‑cause corrective actions and resolve supply‑chain constraints.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, Global Category Managers and Corporate Procurement colleagues in the US and other production sites.

Requisitos

• Bachelor of Science in a supply‑chain or technical/quantitative discipline.
• Business/Commercial fluency in English.
• 5+ years of broad procurement experience – Indirect and Direct.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and a desire to make a difference.
• Commitment to working in a quality environment, including safety and environmental compliance with all regulations, company policies, procedures and standards.
• Project‑management strengths in team facilitation, requirements definition, stakeholder management and communication.
• Results‑oriented entrepreneurial self‑starter who can prioritize and deliver under challenging circumstances.
• Strong ethical standards, belief in transparency, and respect for reputation and social responsibility.
• Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation and contracting skills.
• Process‑improvement and problem‑solving skills, able to drive and manage change.
