Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager (Luxury Fashion)  based in Porto with a strong network of local manufacturers and suppliers. The ideal candidate has an existing portfolio of factories  — from small to
- scale production houses — and can manage both sample development  and bulk production  with efficiency and precision.

This role demands an individual who understands luxury fashion standards , has
- on experience with fabric sourcing, development, and print application , and thrives in a
- paced,
- driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full production process from sampling to delivery across multiple product categories (jersey, fleece, ribbed cotton, outerwear, and accessories)
• Collaborate directly with Laboosh design and creative teams in Los Angeles to translate seasonal concepts into
  - ready garments
• Maintain and expand a network of trusted manufacturers in Porto and northern Portugal
• Oversee quality control, timelines, and costing for all production runs
• Source premium fabrics, trims, and print suppliers, ensuring alignment with Laboosh’s design vision
• Supervise print development  (puff print, screen, chenille, embroidery, sublimation, etc. ) and fabric finishing
• Ensure all production meets the brand’s luxury craftsmanship standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury fashion production management  (minimum 5 years)
• Strong network of factories and suppliers  in Porto region (both large and small scale)
• Expertise in fabric sourcing, print development, and garment finishing
• Fluent in English and Portuguese  (spoken and written)
• Highly organized with strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive problem solver, able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality excellence
