REŸS Glaces Éternelles is hiring a Production Sous-Chef to support and execute daily production in our new Lisbon laboratory, under the direct leadership of Founder Chef Jean-Pierre Braun.
Mission
- Fresh preparations (fruits, infusions, extracts)
- Texture, density & temperature control
- Perfect hygiene & HACCP
- Act as production lead when the Chef is off‑site
Ideal Profile
- Background in pastry, chocolate, or culinary arts
- Experience in production or pastry/lab operations
- Extremely detail‑oriented, disciplined, reliable
- French‑speaking is mandatory
- Ready to relocate to Lisbon for 18–24 months
- Humble, stable, team‑player mindset
Conditions
- 18–24‑month contract – Lisbon
- 30, 000€/year + benefits (housing allowance, flights, performance bonus)
