What will you be doing?
As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, contributing to our commitment to hospitality, excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit. You will work closely with our Head Chef to lead a talented culinary team in creating memorable dining experiences. You will lead by example, upholding our core values.
- HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE: Champion the art of hospitality, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for all guests. Deliver our exceptional menus that showcases our culinary expertise.
- WE DO THE RIGHT THING: Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of your role. Address any issues or concerns promptly and transparently, always seeking to do what is right for our guests, team, and the company.

- WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS: Actively participate in the development and implementation of new ideas and operational improvements that contribute to the restaurant's success.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a high volume and quality led senior role.
- A high understanding of classic cookery and seasonal ingredients.
- Experience implementing sustainable kitchen practices.
- Knowledge of costings, health and safety and logistics for events.
- An unrelenting pursuit of quality within all aspects of the kitchen.
- growing team which means you will have ample opportunities to set up processes, share your expertise and learn until your heart (and brain) is content!
