We are looking for: Sous Pastry Chef – Kitchen. Our kitchen department creates stunning and unforgettable moments that make our guests feel special. Our team is known for its attention to detail and has a spirit of serving and creating fantastic gastronomic experiences. Everyone’s efforts are felt and they work as a team to create outstanding memories for our guests.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Solid training in pastry and experience as a 1st Pastry Cook or Demi-Chef
- Genuine passion for the art of pastry and a constant curiosity to refine techniques
- Strong aesthetic sense and focus on balancing flavour, texture, and presentation
- Ability to work well in a team and a collaborative spirit
- Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding yet inspiring environment
- Commitment to the values of quality, consistency, and attention to detail
