Terra Golf & Ocean Club is seeking for a SPA & Beauty Therapist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and perform treatments as Discovery Land standards.
• Organize and perform face and body treatments as well as nail care according to Discovery Land standards.
• Make sure treatment rooms have enough supplies at all times as per standards.
• Request and log stock of supplies necessary for the treatment rooms.
• Set up the treatment rooms as per standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to members at all times.
• Serve the welcome drink or other menu offerings to the members when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the wellness and treatment rooms.
• Maintain the equipment used in safe conditions.
• Handle member complaints and record all member comments.
• Log all product recommendations to members.
• Fill in documents/ controls/ reports for duty (stocks, daily logbook if any, lost and found, members comments).
• Carry out when required stock count, both retail and professional stock.
• Monitor usage of product.
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Management.
• Assist Well-Being reception whenever needed.
• Ensure hosts perform opening and closing according to standards.
• Check and set up daily operations of the Well-Being cottage according to standards.
• Regularly update knowledge and skills in massage/ beauty therapies.
• Work closely with the resort on environmental activities, ensure team is aware of sustainability actions and energy saving procedures, and monitor plastic usage and work on eliminating it.
• Up sell all fitness, spa and wellness services.
• Attending meetings and training's as required by supervisors.
• Upkeep Discovery Land guidelines and standards of service and operation, the performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to Discovery Land standards and members comments.
• Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• + 3 years’ experience in a similar or greater role in luxury spas and health clubs with proven certifications and diplomas.
• Degree/broad knowledge on anatomy and physiology, massage therapy and beauty therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of providing focused direction
• Technical skills include advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, Power
  Point and Outlook. Also familiar with various hotel/ health club systems/ platforms.
• Knowledge of spa policies procedures.
• Fluent in English
