What You Will Do

• Responsible for greeting all guests
• Answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the spa treatments and products
• Booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed
• Scheduling appointments and forwarding relevant information ensuring all guests experience peace and relaxation
• Describing the Spa Treatment Menu and making recommendations to guests for treatments and home care products, while responding to a wide variety of guest requests and ensuring the highest levels of service excellence

What You Bring

• Spa Receptionist experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment is appreciated
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English
