Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support, processing inquiries about the luxury product catalog within guidelines and goals.
• Provide information on the delivery status of orders.
• Enter and accept orders (email, Excel, SAP).
• Process complaints and maintain the accuracy and security of customer information in the database.
• Forward
  - standardized problem cases to other functionaries and document any queries in the system.
• Research information and resolve issues using available resources.

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of Spanish (C1).
• Intermediate level of Portuguese (B1).
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in customer experience within the Spanish market.
• Motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic personality.
• High level of counselling skills.
• Strong
  - orientation and high service orientation.
• Very good skills and experience in the area of business customer service (desirable).
• PC/Outlook/Internet skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Pro-activity and planning ability.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Stress resistance, flexibility, resilience.
• Quick comprehension and ability to implement newly learnt skills quickly.
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site work).
