Your Responsibilities as an Advertising Support Specialist:

• Provide support to small and
  - sized businesses via email, chat, and phone
• Offer expert guidance to help clients optimize their advertising performance
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the journey

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Native-level Spanish (written and spoken) and at least C1 level of English
• Experience in Customer Support (Social Media experience is a plus)
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card required
