As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives.
2. Responsibly handle all customer inquiries, ensuring the highest levels of service.
3. Answer inbound calls and emails within established guidelines/goals.
4. Complete daily tasks efficiently and timely.
5. Maintain accuracy and security of customer information in the database.
6. Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community.
7. Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
8. Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
9. Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize responses to customer emails.
10. Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
11. Monitor and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
12. Work proactively and independently to meet targets and goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

1. Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2) (mandatory)
2. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written (mandatory)
3. Computer literacy
4. A motivated and enthusiastic personality
5. Self-organization, planning, and prioritization skills
6. Patience, empathy, and stress management skills
7. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
8. Technical aptitude and quick learning ability
9. Ability to follow guidelines and instructions
10. Calmness and clarity in critical situations
11. Confidence when communicating or dealing with troubled callers
12. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
13. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
