ABOUT THE ROLE: Assist and advise customers via email, phone, and in person. Manage complaints and issues related to orders. Collaborate on other projects depending on company priorities and your expertise.
REQUIREMENTS: Spanish fluency required (elimination factor), plus proficiency in Portuguese. Excellent communication and adaptability skills. Prior experience in customer support is preferred. Computer literacy and proactive attitude. Leadership and
- solving mindset.
