As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Manage hosts and guests queries
• Present the best available solutions leveraging a community marketplace with millions of users
• Join a specialized and
  - minded team that offers support through written communication and phone
• Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
• Create memorable experiences that people value and that we are proud of
• Follow management directions and provide feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, including phone conversations, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with strong attention to detail
• A desire to learn and grow, curiosity, and
  - solving abilities
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (onsite work)
