Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support to small and
  - sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email, and phone (outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Spanish and English.
• Provide
  - and
  - sales support for all
  - service products.
• Answer phone inquiries and provide support and direction to customers, resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (C2 Level or Native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
• Good listening and empathy skills.
• Team spirit and flexibility.
