Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and communicative professional to join our Customer Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences in a

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to customers via email, phone, and
- person interactions. - Manage
- related questions, returns, and complaint resolutions with professionalism and efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer journey.
- Contribute to special projects based on your skills and the company’s needs.
Your Profile
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and Portuguese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Confidence using computers and various digital tools.
- Proactive mindset, initiative, and leadership spirit.

Location & Schedule
On-site position – Cacém Industrial Zone (near Tagus
Park). Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Location: Sintra, Portugal.
