DJI designs and manufactures commercial remotely piloted aircraft (drones), camera systems, gimbal stabilizers, sensors, propulsion systems, enterprise software, and flight control systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Provide detailed information about drone products, features, and specifications.
3. Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
4. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to drones and accessories.
5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
6. Update customers on order statuses.
7. Stay informed about the latest drone models, updates, and industry trends.
8. Recommend products based on customer needs.
9. Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.
10. Gather customer feedback for product and service improvements.

Requirements:

1. Native or proficient Spanish (C2) speaker.
2. Intermediate English (at least B2).
3. Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, and strong writing abilities.
4. Analytical and
   - solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Willingness to learn and grow.
6. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
7. Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (on-site work).
