What You’ll Do
- Support customers by phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions about bookings, sales, and complaints
- Handle sensitive cases with care and professionalism
- Create, change, or cancel flight reservations
- Support ticket operations: issue, modify, cancel
- Share accurate information in
- time to help customers decide - Deliver positive, memorable service
- Listen actively and provide personalized solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
- Good English or French skills (B2 level)
- 6+ months experience in customer service (required)
- Experience in tourism/travel is a plus
- Great communication, empathy & teamwork
- Knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is advantageous
- Flexibility to work in shifts
