What You’ll Do

• Support customers by phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions about bookings, sales, and complaints
• Handle sensitive cases with care and professionalism
• Create, change, or cancel flight reservations
• Support ticket operations: issue, modify, cancel
• Share accurate information in
  - time to help customers decide
• Deliver positive, memorable service
• Listen actively and provide personalized solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
• Good English or French skills (B2 level)
• 6+ months experience in customer service (required)
• Experience in tourism/travel is a plus
• Great communication, empathy & teamwork
• Knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is advantageous
• Flexibility to work in shifts
