Are you ready to take flight in an exciting Customer Service role? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a passionate team as a Spanish Customer Service Representative for a leading airline company. What will be your responsibilities? Assist passengers with flight bookings, reservations, and inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat; Provide timely and accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements; Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and diplomacy, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service; Collaborate with other departments to ensure passengers' needs are met and exceeded; What is the offer? Schedules of 8h/day with rotating shifts between 8:00 and 21:00 and two days-off per week, on-site in the center of Porto; Paid training where you'll gain in-depth knowledge of the services and best practices; Upon completing your training, you'll enjoy your monthly salary package plus a daily food allowance. What are the required qualifications? Full proficiency in Spanish and a B2/C1level of English are a must. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.
