Support Specialist for Spanish Customers - Inbound/Chat/Email Are you ready to take flight in an exciting Customer Service role? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a team as a Spanish Customer Service Representative for a airline company. In this role, you will assist passengers with flight bookings, reservations, and inquiries in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat. You will provide timely and accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and diplomacy, turning challenges into opportunities to deliver exceptional service. Collaboration with other departments will be key to ensuring passengers’ needs are met and exceeded. To qualify for this role, you must have full proficiency in Spanish and a B2/C1 level of English. Excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential to ensure every passenger feels valued and cared for. You should also be adaptable and resilient in handling a variety of customer inquiries and situations. Prior customer service experience or a passion for helping others is considered a plus. Paid training will be provided to give you in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and best practices.
