Spanish Customer Support Agent
Your Role
- Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and friendly service.
- Handle sales inquiries, general information requests, and customer complaints.
- Manage sensitive customer cases, including escalations from regulatory bodies.
- Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations.
- Support back-office tasks including ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate, real-time information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Exceed customer expectations by creating memorable, positive travel experiences.
- Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish (C1) and good English (B2).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (mandatory).
- Previous experience in tourism or as a travel representative is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with empathy and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic schedules.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex or sensitive cases.
