Your responsabilities:

• Review
  - commerce content, like product listings, to make sure it follows platform rules, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Check product descriptions, images, and prices to keep moderation accurate.
• Keep up with guideline updates and use them in your daily work.
• Send difficult or unclear cases to the right team

Our expectations:

• Your Spanish skills, both written and spoken, are strong – minimum level C2
• English at minimum B2 level
• You are a local candidate living in Lisbon
• You're looking for an exciting role in digital video and advertising, supporting a leading global
  - video platform.
• Great at solving problems and handling more complex customer issues.

Main duties:

• Start date: 25. 09
• Full-time employment contract (according to Portuguese law)
• Private health insurance from day 1
• Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 24/7 (full time: 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) 2 rotating Days off
• Work in our modern office in Lisbon, Parque das Nações
• Online recruitment & hiring process

Competetive salary and remuneration system:

• Base salary: 870€ gross /
  - base salary
• Fixed project bonus - 80€gross / month
• 2 extra salaries per year
• Meal allowance: €7. 23 net/day (approx. €145/month) via meal card
• Transport allowance: €20/month
• Signing bonus: €1000 (€250 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)
