We are looking for a talented and accomplished Spanish Learning Specialist to join our team to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing, updating, and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alignment with Foundever’s core values.

As a Learning Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Creating learning experiences that equip new and
   - term associates to excel in their work environments through expert classroom instruction,
   - floor mentoring, and
   -
   - one skills coaching.
2. Modifying and presenting training programs for representatives/agents.
3. Tracking and analyzing training programs by examining agent performance.
4. Recommending changes to training programs.
5. Conducting training programs for representatives/agents and
   - line supervisors on new products/services, selling skills, and system changes.
6. Participating in identifying program needs, obtaining technical data, and scheduling programs.
7. Maintaining training records.
8. Tracking and analyzing training programs by examining agent performance.
9. Recommending changes to training programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

1. Native or proficient level of Spanish (mandatory)
2. Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
3. Strong facilitation,
   - solving, research, and
   - making skills.
4. Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet,
   - mail, MS Office).
5. Organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to manage challenging trainees and customers while remaining in control.
7. Good judgment and ability to express thoughts clearly and simply.
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
9. Ability in designing, developing, and delivering training material.
10. Ability to carry out Training Needs Analysis.
11. Strong presentation skills.
12. Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
13. Proficient level of Power
    Point, Excel.
14. Critical thinking skills.
15. Ability to learn quickly on the job.
16. Availability to work from our Lisbon sites (Santos and Sete Rios).
17. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
18. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal

Education and experience:

1. College degree in Education, HR, or a related field (preferable)
2. Experience as a Trainer/Learning Specialist in BPO
3. At least 2 years of customer service or technical support experience coaching and mentoring other associates, preferably in a
   - paced contact center environment.

Specific Requirements (when necessary):

1. Availability to travel
