Spanish Learning Specialist - Porto, Portugal
We are looking for a talented and accomplished Spanish Learning Specialist to join our team to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing, updating and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with Foundever’s core values.
As a Learning Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Creates learning experiences that equip new and
- term associates to excel in their work environments through expert classroom instruction,
- floor mentoring and

- one skills coaching. - Modifies and presents training programs for representatives/agents.
- Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining agent performance.
- Recommends changes to training programs.
- Conducts training programs for representatives/agents and
- line supervisors on new products/services, selling skills and/or system changes. - Participates in identifying program needs, obtaining technical data and scheduling programs.
- Maintains training records.
- Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining agent performance.
- Recommends changes to training programs.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of Spanish (mandatory)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Strong facilitation,
- solving, research and
- making skills. - Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet,
- mail, MS Office). - Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage challenging trainees and customers while remaining in control.
- Good judgment and ability to express thoughts clearly and simply.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability in designing, developing and delivering training material
- Ability to carrying out Training Needs Analysis
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Proficient level of Power Point, Excel
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn fast on a job
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
- Availability to work Hybrid model from our Porto site
- Availability to work from 9AM to 6PM Monday - Friday
Education and experience.
- College degree in Education, HR or directly related field (preferable)
- Experience as Trainer/Learning Specialist in BPO
- At least 2 years of customer service or technical support experience coaching and mentoring other associates, preferably in a complex,
- paced contact center environment.
