We are looking for a Spanish Quality Analyst to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met. You will be responsible for monitoring procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or
- conformity issues.

Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

As a Quality Analyst in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring CSR’s performance daily by reviewing calls and providing feedback to ensure quality and adherence to procedures.
2. Participating in meetings with supervisors and team leaders to discuss monitoring outputs.
3. Reporting script issues and assisting in monitoring specific programs as needed.
4. Communicating program changes and CSR actions for performance evaluations.
5. Creating and executing monthly call monitoring plans.
6. Providing information for monthly quality reports and feedback for training improvements.
7. Participating in calibration sessions to standardize scoring skills.
8. Understanding and complying with security policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Native or proficient Spanish (mandatory)
2. Advanced English skills (C1 or higher)
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and make fair judgments
5. Problem-solving and influencing abilities
6. Effective project management skills
7. Knowledge of scripting and coaching techniques
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
9. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
10. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or be a local candidate
11. Availability to work at Sete Rios and 24x7 shifts (40 hours/week)

Education and experience:

1. At least 6 months experience in BPO/customer service
2. Minimum one professional certification or completed education program
