Spanish Safety Advisor for Airbnb - Lisbon, Portugal

Join our customer service team and help build a loyal travel community. We are looking for a Spanish native or fluent speaker with strong English skills to work in our Claims and Safety team at Airbnb.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Communicating effectively with customers and providing relevant information.
2. Handling property damage issues.
3. Managing sensitive issues during or after reservations.
4. Analyzing customer situations and property features.
5. Working proactively to meet targets and goals.

To succeed, you need:

1. Native or proficient Spanish (C2).
2. Advanced English (at least C1), both verbal and written.
3. Strong communication skills, including listening and writing.
4. Analytical and
   - solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Background in mediation, dispute, or conflict resolution is a plus.
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and solve problems.
7. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
8. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, if not a local candidate.
