As a Seller Support Representative, you’ll be the
- to expert for sellers on the platform. Your mission? To help them grow, succeed, and feel confident in every interaction. Assist sellers with technical platform questions (listings, payments, dashboards) Clarify operational procedures around shipping, returns, policies & compliance Educate sellers on best practices and platform tools to boost performance Make outbound calls to offer personalized support and business insights Analyze seller performance and recommend strategies to increase their success Resolve concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and speed Collaborate with internal teams (tech, logistics, policy) to offer seamless support What We’re Looking For ? Spanish: C2 level (native-like fluency) ? English: B2 level (comfortable communication) At least 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management or customer success A commercial mindset and ability to influence sellers' success Empathy and calmness when handling
