As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Communicate friendly and efficiently with the customers and provide relevant information
• Be the person responsible to deal with property damage issues
• Handlesensitive issues that were reported during ongoing reservations or after they are over
• Analyze the customer situation and assess the property featuresto determine liability
• Identify anomalies and patterns to identify fraudulent claims
• Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level ofSpanish(C2)
• Proficient level ofEnglish(C2)both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience estimating contents and automobile / watercraft losses
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Minimum 1 year experience handling property damage, Insurance and Healthcare Claims, and dispute / conflict resolution (mandatory)
• Or minimum 2 years of Airbnb Claims experience
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (Work on site)
