As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Communicate friendly and efficiently with customers and provide relevant information
• Be responsible for dealing with property damage issues
• Handle sensitive issues reported during or after reservations
• Analyze customer situations and assess property features to determine liability
• Identify anomalies and patterns to detect fraudulent claims
• Work proactively and independently to meet targets and goals

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2)
• Proficient level of English (C2), both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills – excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience estimating contents and automobile/watercraft losses
• Desire to learn and grow, curiosity, investigative mindset, and
  - solving abilities
• Minimum 1 year experience handling property damage, insurance, healthcare claims, and dispute/conflict resolution (mandatory)
• Or minimum 2 years of Airbnb Claims experience
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (Work on site)
