Job Description:

We are currently looking for Spanish Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your mission:

1. With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
2. Answer customer requests in an effective and timely manner, ensuring
   - quality service is provided.
3. Provide product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.
4. Perform administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

Your profile:

1. Spanish native or bilingual;
2. Good command in English;
3. Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel);
4. Previous experience in customer service is a plus;
5. Excellent communication skills (comfortable communicating with customers using several channels);
6. Ability to
   - task by working independently while being a team player.
