Responsibilities

• With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
• Answer customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a
  - quality service is provided.
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.
• Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

Qualifications

• Spanish native or bilingual
• Good command in English
• Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel)
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (comfortable communicating with customers using several channels)
• Ability to
  - task by working independently, while being a team player
