Responsibilities
- Deliver
- quality customer support for
- related inquiries. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests in Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory).
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 rotating days off).
- Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
- High school diploma
