- generated content adheres to community guidelines.

Your duties will involve reviewing, moderating, and addressing content across social media platforms, effectively enhancing user experiences and promoting respectful interactions. If you are passionate about social media and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, review, and moderate
   - generated content on various social media platforms in Spanish, ensuring compliance with community standards.
2. Identify and take action against inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner.
3. Engage with users by addressing their comments, questions, and concerns professionally and courteously.
4. Prepare reports on moderation activities, trends, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
5. Work collaboratively with the moderation team to enhance user engagement strategies and processes.
6. Stay updated on best practices in social media moderation and emerging trends in user interaction.
7. Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
8. Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or social media management is highly desirable.
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and respond to content issues.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive user interactions.
11. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a
    - paced environment.
12. Cultural sensitivity and
    - mindedness when dealing with diverse online communities.
13. Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
14. Willingness to work flexible hours to align with user activity and community needs.

Compensation includes a competitive monthly salary, monthly performance bonus, fully paid training, and a fully paid relocation package (flight, airport transfer, and 4 weeks hotel).
