About the Role:

As a Spanish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking users, providing them with exceptional support and guidance. You will handle a variety of inquiries via multiple channels, including email, chat, and potentially phone. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your communication and
- solving skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. While prior experience in a customer service role is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We believe in providing comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, primarily in Spanish.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to concerns and providing effective solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: You must have native or
  - native fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and at least a B2 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Legal Eligibility: You must have a valid EU citizenship or a legal right to work in Portugal. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role.
