What You'll Do:
Front-Line Support: Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient support via phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to payment transactions, account management, and platform features.
Information & Guidance: Provide clear and concise information regarding payment processes, security protocols, and troubleshooting steps.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering effective solutions and escalating complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an
- depth understanding of the payment solutions platform, its features, and services.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a positive and seamless support experience.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable customer feedback to internal teams to help improve products and services.
What You'll Bring:
Language Proficiency: Fluent Spanish (C2 level) , both spoken and written, is essential. You'll also need strong English (B2 level or higher) communication skills for internal training and communication.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and patiently.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Empathy & Patience: The ability to remain calm and empathetic, even in challenging customer interactions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating various software applications and learning new systems quickly.

Prior experience in customer service or a contact center environment is a plus, but not a must. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Local Presence: You must currently reside in Lisbon or be able to cover your own relocation expenses to Lisbon. No relocation assistance will be provided for this role.
EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work visa/residence card is required.
