We are currently recruiting Spanish-speaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity for communicative,

Position Overview

As a Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering
  - quality support across multiple communication platforms
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Troubleshooting customer issues using internal tools and guidelines
• Providing clear and helpful recommendations and solutions
  
  

• Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus (not mandatory; training is provided)
• Valid EU passport, Portuguese residence card, or Ukrainian refugee status
  
  

• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
